As you walk through the front door you will see the Jewelry Table where you will find wonderful Antique, Vintage, and Mid-Mod jewelry. Next to the table is a leather Lazy-boy Coffee Table and TV. Across the way are a lift recliner, end table and lovely china vase. On the far side of the living room you will see a gorgeous pink, gray, and white MCM marble coffee table with matching table lamps, two end tables, and a floral sofa. On the table are some lovely frosted plastic deer and a moose. One end table has a leopard statue. Before you leave the room be sure to look at all the great items on the built in book shelves. There are some great collectibles you won’t to miss!
The dining room has a small dining room table with 4 chairs, a floral loveseat that matches the other sofa, beautiful Turkish mosaic nesting tables. Be sure to look in the two Curio Cabinets. In them you will find some Turkish Pasabahce Glassware, Figurines and other collectibles. Over on the window seat you will find a wide variety of Glassware.
The next room you enter is the Kitchen. In here you will find all things kitchen, from glassware, to Tupperware, pans, cookbooks, utensils, bakeware, Melamine, cookbooks, Pyrex, Corelle, Pampered Chef, a set of Cobalt Blue V8 UAW coffee mugs, and lots of silverware.
The Sunny Breakfast Room is your next stop. Here you will find the Glass Tables. We have a corner with our Durand memorabilia highlighted by a signed and numbered print of the Durand Depot. You will also find Fenton Glass, a collection of lovely paperweights, Coca Cola collectibles, Portugal, Pyrex, Corelle, and many other lovely pieces.
Back in to the kitchen and to you right in the next room you will see our Christmas Wonderland. There are all kinds of vintage glass ornaments, vintage plastic ornaments, Original Elf on the Shelf Elves, newer ornaments, angels galore, several vintage Santa & Mrs. Clause sets. We have a special “fill a bag” sale for selected ornaments. Don’t forget to look all around you’ll find stuffed snowmen and Santa’s.
Through the door on the far side you will enter the Master Bedroom with an adjustable bed, Dressers, clothing, Dolls, some cool Family Tree posters that are unused, a Cannon AV 35mm camera, a bookcase full of books, some vintage telephones (slim line), Medical Equipment, and some crafts in the closet organizer.
Back through the living room and up the stairs to 1 of the next two levels you will find various Christmas and empty totes along the way. Throughout the house and along the stair case you will see many oil paintings. At the Landing you walk into the Library, and you will see an Antique Table with a large Conch Shell on the bottom, and bookshelves loaded with many different sets of encyclopedias, a small book shelf of mostly Bobbsey Twins Books and some Laura Ingles Wilder, and other various authors. There is a huge cedar slab clock on the wall. To your right will be a blanked chest with pull out drawers and a Microsoft keyboard and printer. Around the corner are many totes and a Turkish Rug.
Off to you right is the First of three Bedrooms. There is a lovely Turned Iron Bed, some sporting goods, vintage gag golf tees, a desk, The Simpson’s and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles posters, and some periodicals.
Bedroom Two is home to many Vintage Hats, Doll Houses, doll house furniture and other pieces, a vintage pink chair, Entertainment Center, and another desk with matching chair.
Across the hall is the Third Bedroom. Here we have a large Brass and Marble Bed, Linens, table cloths, dresser, more Conch Shells, a MCM side table lamp, suitcases, and a large mirror then back out to the landing and up to the third floor. You will find a beautiful bed with some clothing on it, the game closet that’s loaded with puzzles, games, and soccer balls, on the other side of the room is a peacock chair, antique rocker, mirror, Ab Lounge Sport, and a table of plumbing hardware, a pedestal sink, and a TV.
Back out across from the book cases you will find the staircase to the Third Floor. There is a lovely mission style bed, pedestal sink, some brass plumbing and fixtures, an antique rocker, wicker child’s peacock chair, ab lounger, and a large mirror. In the walk in closet you will find the game room. The game room is filled with lots of puzzles and games. Now we will head back down the stairs.
Now, all the way down to the main floor and through the sun room to the workshop Basement. Household products are located on the ledge along the stairs. The first room has all kinds of wood including some very nice rough edge pieces, vintage wallpaper, and a table of Vintage Hardware from wall plates to door knobs, door locks, and door plates. On the far end of the table is the new old stock brass hardware from door pulls, to hooks, and door handles.
On the other side of the basement are Tools, Tools, and more Tools. I think every drill bit known to man may be there. There are power tools: Makita, Porter Cable, Craftsman, Black & Decker, WEN, and a few others, also Reciprocating Saws, Routers, Circular Saw, Sanders (trim, finishing, palm, and belt), electric planer, and a drill. We have Micrometers, Depth Micrometers, dado blades, grinder discs, Machinist Tools, Metal Stamps, plumbing parts, electrical parts, storage containers, tool boxes, screws and nails, nuts and bolts, painting supplies, sanding supplies, sanding belts galore, ladders, Washer, Dryer and a whole bunch more. There is a Laundry bath combination at the end of the tool room where you will find a pair of front loading Kenmore Elite washer and dryer.
Now back up the stairs and out the back door to the Two Story Garage. On the first floor you will find two lovely pieces of Live Edge Wood Slabs, 8 doors both vintage and new, wheel barrow, plant pots, folding chairs, lawn mower, Tools, Power Tools, Tool boxes, Tool Cart, an old arc welder, wood, old Windows, both old and new doors, Wagons, watering cans, gas cans, water cans, spoon racks, and much more.
Up the stairs to the second level you will find trim wood, ceiling tiles, plant pots, vintage windows, TLC chair, and much more.
